Even when age or post-tenancy wear has reduced a unit's appeal, targeted improvements can prepare it more effectively for rental or resale.

Case 01

Silom / Sathorn Area

Renovation of a 10-year-old one-bedroom resale condominium

Before Silom / Sathorn Area before renovation
After Silom / Sathorn Area after renovation

As the previous owner lived overseas, the unit had not received regular care and was in poor condition. It would likely have remained difficult to rent in its existing state, although the property had strong potential thanks to its excellent location.

YU RISE reviewed the flooring, wallpaper, furniture, appliances, and built-in elements, then renovated the unit to make it more suitable for resale as an investment property.

Following the renovation, the unit was sold to an investor and a new tenant was secured promptly. It is now generating a net yield of approximately 6%.
